I am doing at talk for the Diabetes Club tomorrow lunchtime (Tuesday 12.04.2011) at Medcare in Beniojfar at 1pm if anyone interested, has diabetes or knows someone with diabetes come along.

Hello everyone, I am new to the site.

Name is Jason and I run JPS Fitness, highly qualified Personal Trainer, GP referral rehab trainer, sports therapist.

A number of people know me in Catral as im from here.

So if anyone wants any help with their fitness, joint problems, nutrition, massage.

Let me know.. do home visits, or clinics in a number of locations, plus work in partnership with a number of gyms.

Today

Yet another beautiful day here in the Costa Blanca. Torrevieja beaches are getting packed again. A sure sign that summer is on its way.

HI BAZ

Our Torrevieja classes are held at Sport In (near McDonalds) on a Friday night (Combat Night) and on Sundays 2 classes are held. The first is a family class for under 5 year olds to come and learn the basics and have fun with mum or dad. The second class is for all ages over 5 years.
